Super helpful staff at the leasing office! Everyone is always so kind and helpful & the complex is always very clean and tidy. Absolutely love being a part of the 53 West community.

Love living here so far. Moved here in September of 2021 for my job. The community is nice and well kept. The office staff is great and so is the maintenance.

I absolutely love the exchange at 53 West! All the staff have been so attentive. Between the pool house and the gym, it is an amazing community with great amenities!

The apartments are very nice. I love the open concept. The community does a lot for its residents and has resident events. Which I think is awesome. I love that we have two clubhouses with gyms and pools as well.

I can’t say it enough, the staff here are always super kind & helpful. On occasion when I have to come to them with a problem, they make it their priority to fix it straight away. I love living here

The pools, gym, and trash services make this place great! Management is quick to fix problems. Apartments are great, neighbors are awesome, Management is even better😎

Very nice community with great amenities Maintenance crew is great when you need repairs. Everyone in the office has been friendly and helpful. Good place to live and mostly quiet.
